What is Phi?

Phi (φ) is the 21st letter of the Greek alphabet. The number phi (φ ≈ 1.618), often known as the Golden Ratio, is a mathematical concept that people have known about since the time of the ancient Greeks and was used also by Fibonacci to create the well-known “Fibonacci Sequence”.
